Text Message BioOkay folks, here is the name of the game.
My name is Matthew Britton Albright. There are some stories in my family that tell of how I received my name. I rather like it because it contrasts the strange individual I am and the person that I have to be to pay the bills. How do I pay the bills you might ask. I am glad you did. I am a senior financial analyst for the evil red company and build web databases for people that barely know how to use a computer. It is a fun job and helps me maintain my sanity...albeit what remains of it. I use this livejournal to keeps in touch with my friends because I am notoriously bad at sending emails.
I am deaf in one ear due to some rather unfortunate circumstances that has occurred in the past year. I read lips very well when my short attention span allows me to do it. I tend to keep a pretty upbeat attitude, although that is a recent development. My favorite color is black and my favorite bands are usually considered in the "goth" genre. I love animals and have a cat named Buffy. If Buffy was a human she would be my twin. She loves having fun too much and tends to cause a bit of trouble.
I love taking pictures but have never gotten around to updating my old Cannon to a digital. It is rather ironic considering that I am such a tech geek.
I am a geek, fighter, lover, switch, athlete, programmer, and friend to all in need.
The only rule for my lj is that you have to have an open mind.
